Wellbeing is the base of everything. It’s like a soil for a forest. Through the body we have a direct access to taking care of ourselves, to being attentive to our own wellbeing. In the body we feel what we resonate with, what is good for us and what isn’t. It’s by bringing the body into our daily awareness, tuning in to its communication through sensations, feelings, felt sense, inner flow, that we regain our personal wellbeing. What we mean by “the body” is not a division of oneself, but rather an integrated being that is home to all our experiences. When we don’t feel our bodies we can’t feel ways in which the world touches us and our responses to it, we are not aware what’s important to us, how things affect us really, and what matters beyond the beliefs we internalised often without choosing. This workshop is based on embodied awareness training and has the following focus areas:

  • Stress Management

  • Mental and Emotional Resilience

  • Rising Level of Energy

  • Building the base for good relationships

It is offered as a modular programme 2 hours for each module.
